The following terms and conditions for Flowerwise Storrington apply for orders on our website (, by email, by telephone or in person at our shop. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

At Flowerwise Storrington we pride ourselves on the quality of our flowers and plants, and on the professionalism of our staff in arranging and delivering our products to you and your loved ones. If, however, you feel that a products has fallen short of the high standards you rightly expect, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to find a quick resolution.

Orders and Cancellations

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Flowerwise Storrington and Flowerwise Storrington, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

In order to place an order online we require your name, email address, payment details and the details of the order. You do not need to create an account with us, but we will store the details of your order on our systems in order to process this, and full details of how and where your data is stored can be found in our Privacy Policy. Once an online order has been successfully placed and accepted we’ll send you an order confirmation email to the email address entered during the checkout process. If you do not receive this email, please contact our team on 01903 740144 to check that the order has gone through and ensure you receive the email.

For telephone, email and orders placed in person in our shop, we require your name, telephone number, payment details and details of your order. A receipt will be given in person if requested, or can be emailed to a specified email address if required.

For most orders we require payment up front, this includes orders for Funerals & Memorial Services.

For Weddings and Events, we require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The full outstanding balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding or event. Payments can be made in installments prior and up to the date of your wedding or event, but is at the discretion of the Flowerwise Storrington management and subject to prior agreement.

Changes and Cancellation

For standard orders you can make changes and can cancel 24 hours before 08:00 on your delivery/collection date. If you have ordered online and have created an account, you can log in and cancel there. Alternatively you can contact us on 01903 740144 or by email on If cancelled before the 24 hours, a full refund will be issued.

For funerals & memorials, however, the cut off period for changes and cancellation depends on the type of products. For based products, you can make changes or cancel 5 days before the service date. For other funeral products, you can make changes or cancel 2 days before the date of the service. If these time periods are met then a full refund will be made.

For weddings and events, you can make changes or cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the delivery date. If cancelling in this timeframe, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. If you need to cancel after this due to circumstance out of your control, please get in contact and we will do what we can to help, however a refund will be at the discretion of the Flowerwise Management. If changes need to be made past this cut off, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee your changes.

Condition of Flowers

Flowers are delivered in bud where possible to prolong the vase life. The photographs on the website are of various sizes and just an example of how your flowers will look once buds have opened. Substitutions are likely but will always be the same colour and value.
